Warranty
Unfortunately nothing in this world is perfect. We always make every effort to
double check EVERYTHING to prevent you from having a problem. In the event you
do have a problem, Computers 4 U, Inc is ALWAYS ready to make things right. We
take pride and stand behind our work in a Down Home Honest Way! Our staff is
trained to follow the warranty procedures below.
New Systems
One year depot warranty on parts, labor and diagnostics
(Software errors and/or physical damage are NOT covered under warranty). All sales
final! 30 day exchange.
New PC Parts
3 day money back or 30 day exchange (Unless otherwise noted).
No Returns on Retail Packages that have been opened!
CPU's, Printers/Ink, Monitors: Covered by manufacturer warranty, no returns once opened.
Motherboards: 7 Day Exchange (May have to be shipped back).
Physical damage and/or abuse is NOT covered.
(You MUST have receipt and all original contents in order for a return or
exchange)
Monitors
No DOA.
Monitors are covered by their manufacturer warranty.
In-Shop Labor
30 days (Software errors will be diagnosed but NOT Charged/Fixed without Your Approval)
Due to the nature of computers and the time spent in finding their failure you
are expected to pay the labor/diagnostic fee (Just like seeing the doctor folks).
We do however honor our warranty when parts we've sold you fail or your problem
was misdiagnosed.
On-Site Labor or House Calls
No warranty! Parts sold covered with onsite replacement (NOT free diagnostics).
Onsite labor charge may apply.
Our time spent diagnosing problems onsite sometimes take more time than others.
This is why we offer to return it to the shop at no hourly fee.
Used Systems
All sales final!

data, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged data.
