    Q - What does VoIP mean?
    A - VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). It is the routing of voice conversations using the internet.

    Q - Can I use my phone to fax?
    A - Yes, but due to the nature of VOIP we recommend you use traditional lines. We can not guarantee it will always work.

    Q - What do I need to get started?
    A - You will need a Broadband Internet connection, a router, a standard phone and a Phone adapter (from us).

    Q - Is there a contract?
    A - No Contracts!!!

    Q - What is the setup cost?
    A - The phone adapter is $59.95 (one time fee) and the first month of Service.

    Q - What is the cost per month?
    A - $24.95/mth Residential and $39.95/mth Business - Plus Tax.

    Q - How do I pay?
    A - You may visit our service center, pay by mail or auto debit every month, quarter or year.

    Q - How much can I use the phone?
    A - Unlimited!

    Q - How much is long distance calls?
    A - No long distance in the USA! (Outside the US is blocked)

    Q - How do I check voicemail or change my greeting message?
    A - Dial 777# from your phone and follow the directions.

    Q - What is the address to manage my phone online?

    Q - What is my AccountID or username?
    A - Your full email address you gave us when you signed up. Call if your unsure.
